Prepare a small bowl with some hot water and put in honey, grated lemon peel, ground pepper, and garlic powder.

Spread the mixture over salmon fillets.

Warm some olive oil at a medium heat and add spiced salmon fillet and cook for 4 minutes.

Turn the fillets on one side then on the other side.

Continue to cook for other 4 minutes at a reduced heat and try to check when the salmon fillets flake easily.

Put some arugula on each plate and add the salmon fillets on top, adding some aromatic herbs or some dill. Serve and enjoy!
